Our Story

Our story begins in January 2018, when our founder Peter Ruddy, created Washington Rental Management as a single family property management company serving Washington DC.

As the portfolio grew, so did our team, and Washington Rental Management soon began to manage community associations throughout the greater Washington DC area. Realizing the demand for quality association management companies in the DC-area, Washington Rental Management became Ruddy Management Company with a sole-focus on providing high-quality and personalized community management services.

Beginning with 8 communities in the DC-area, our portfolio and team has since grown and expanded outside of DC to serve MD and VA.

Today, we are proud to be a leader in DC, MD and VA community management services and remain true to our small-business roots as we grow along side the communities that we serve.
